You need to register one-time to access your custom dashboard to schedule and manage your visits easily.
A resident code is an ID of the person you want to visit. You will need to have the Resident Code or an Email Invite to Register.
An Email Invite is an email sent by the Facility of the Resident/Patient you want to visit. Clicking on the link in the email will take you to a registration page. Once you register, you will be able to schedule visits through a Dashboard.
Contact the Facility where the Resident/Patient is residing. You can also check with the Resident/Patient for their Resident Code.
Once you register for the first time, you will have access to your Dashboard. Here, you can quickly schedule and cancel visits, see your upcoming visits, and invite others to join in on the visits.
You can use your smartphone, tablet, or computer that is Zoom compatible. Most devices today are Zoom compatible.
